State and local health officials are doubling down on containment efforts to mitigate the spread of coronavirus by closing down all “non-essential” businesses for the time being. Fortunately, this will not impact Joe Cool Home Services. Joe Cool is able to provide our customers with the services they need to live in safety and comfort in their homes. We are considered an “essential” business as our work is necessary to maintain the safety and sanitation of our local community. Our Service Experts and Office Staff
Our team will be available for services, so our customers at home can live in safety and comfort during this challenging time. While present in your home, our Service Experts are taking extended precautions , including:
- Washing and sanitizing their hands frequently
- Wearing protective disposable gloves
- Sterilizing all tools and equipment upon arrival at your home
- Respecting social distance by implementing a “no-handshake” rule with customers
- Moving to a remote working environment for office staff to avoid close contact
- Disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces
- Practicing mindful hygiene etiquette, such as sneezing or coughing into their elbow or a disposable tissue
- Joe Cool is providing daycare for employees in need of child care due to school closings
Please rest assured that any service expert present in your home is healthy and able to service your plumbing, drain cleaning, and home AC repair needs. We require any team members to stay at home if they feel ill. We ask our customers to please let us know if anyone in their home is feeling sick or has recently traveled to a foreign country, so we can protect our staff and other customers.
